PURCHASING TICKETS

​By making a purchase on this site, you agree to be bound by these conditions. 

1. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided by you in relation to your purchase is complete, accurate and current.
   
   
2. By purchasing a ticket, you are confirming that you are of the appropriate age required to view the selected film. The Regent may in its absolute discretion, request personal identification from its customers prior to them entering age-restricted sessions.
    
3. Your purchase becomes effective once you click 'pay' and reach the confirmation page.
   
   
4. Payments must be made on this site via PayPal in order to secure a ticket purchase.
   
   
5. All online ticket sales will incur a booking fee of $1.50 AUD. This amount is non-refundable.
    
6. The Regent Richmond can not guarantee that the information presented on this site is complete and/or accurate. We endeavour to ensure all films, dates and session times are correct, however, discrepancies may occur from time to time. We, therefore, exclude liability in the event of loss or damage created from errors on this site.
    
7.  The Regent Richmond may modify session times or remove any film/event offered on this site at any time, without notice. In the event that tickets have already been purchased, The Regent Richmond will provide a full refund (less the booking fee) to those ticket holders.
    
8. All prices on this site are in Australian Dollars, are inclusive of GST (where applicable) and are subject to change, with or without notice.
    
9. Payments must be made on this site via PayPal in order to secure a ticket purchase.
   
   
10. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your personal belongings are taken with you after your session. The Regent Richmond will not be liable for any loss or damage to any personal possession.
    
    
11. Gift cards (including E-Gift Cards) can be redeemed in-store at The Regent Richmond or online at  www.theregentrichmond.com.au. Cards can be used for movie ticket(s) and/or food and beverage items only and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue or until a $0 balance is reached, whichever occurs first. Any balance remaining on the card after the expiry date is forfeited. 
    
    
12. The Regent Richmond reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.
    
    
13. These terms and conditions do not exclude or modify any consumer guarantees that are provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). The Regent Richmond therefore excludes itself from all liability (except from any liability that cannot be excluded by law), for damages (including, but not limited to) damages for any loss or personal injury, whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or exemplary, as a result of the use (or inability to use) of our website, or any of our services.

We are therefore not liable for any damages caused to you, your computer (or other devices) as a result of you accessing and using this site.

8. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

REFUND POLICY

1. Certain circumstances out of The Regent Richmond’s control may prevent the execution of a service. If this is the case, we will honour a full refund (less the booking fee) or will reschedule the session to the next available date.
    
2.  All refunds will be deposited into the account that was used to make the booking. It may take longer than 5 business days for refunds to be processed and the funds to appear in your account, depending on your card issuers policy.
   
   
3. The Regent Richmond will not offer a refund in the instance that a customer has incorrectly ordered (including buying a ticket for the wrong session), for change of mind, or if the customer is unable to provide acceptable proof of purchase.
